Ordering from us.

As a sustainable and ethical label we are conscious not to overproduce product instead retaining stock levels and producing according to demand. This means that despatch times are different for different pieces.

If an item is labelled :

 "  IN STOCK " this means that we have some on the rails and are continuing to produce them from week to week to meet demand. These will be sent out within 7 days of ordering , usually sooner.

" AVAILABLE to ORDER "

 this means that the item is current stock but held in lower quantities and restocked fortnightly . These will be sent out either within 14 days or 21 days depending on the individual piece. Turnaround time will be indicated in the description.

" MADE to ORDER"

 this means that although we are not carrying stock of the item, should a customer want one, we can order in the required fabrics and produce one. These can normally be sent out within 30 days .

" ONE-OFF"

there's only one. But you probably guessed that. Can be sent within 7 days.

It is the case with most pieces that if your size is not available we can either adapt/ alter for you or make one to your measurements ( select TM in sizing and then message us with measurements ), although this can take a little longer in some instances 

We send out by royal mail tracked post and will forward the tracking number to you as soon as the item is posted.
